delivery to customer locations depend on courier partner usually take 3 days to 10 days depend on locations. Some location dont have door delivery option in that case customer have to pickup from courier office. No order will be cancelled once paid and not because of delivery delay and door delivery not available. Pls check your pin code on website before placing the order for door delivery option. Some special case we book on india post on customer request and addition amount wil be charged based case to case

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At  Men'sY5, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility

We only accept return or exchange requests in the following cases:

  1. Wrong item received

  2. Wrong size delivered (different from what was ordered)

  3. Damaged item received

⚠️ Note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as dislike of color, style, or size ordered wrongly by customer.

  • Cash refund is not available under any circumstances. Only exchange of the same item will be provided.

⏳ Time Frame

  • You must inform us on the same day of receiving the parcel via WhatsApp (📱 9944339749) or Email (mensy5chennai@gmail.com).

  • Return/exchange must be completed within 2 days of receiving the product.

📦 Return Process

  • Record a clear opening video while unboxing the parcel (from start to end in one shot, without cuts/edits).

  • The video must clearly show the issue (wrong item, size, or damage).

  • Without video proof, return/exchange will not be accepted.

  • If eligible, you must send the product back by courier, post, or direct visit to shop within 2 days.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

💰 Refund

  • Cash refund is not available.

  • Only product exchange will be processed.

  • In case of rare approval for refund (management decision), only product value will be refunded.

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the courier company.
